Please ensure that product is in unused and in original condition.
Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product when on Return.

– Return Pickups for your product will be done for free of cost.
– Number of days within which return can be initiated varies for each seller. You must create a return request within the 7 days of delivery of the product. 
– In case of Refund, the entire amount paid by you including shipping and gift wrapping charges are transferred to your account. Please note that the entire order amount including shipping fee will be refunded if and only if all the products in your order are returned back to the Seller.

Notify us of your problems, fitting issues, damages or defects within 7 days from the date of delivery, and we will  refund your money  provided the procedure below is followed.

Q: How will I know if a product is NOT Eligible for Return?

All products which are not eligible for return will have a "NO RETURNS ACCEPTED" tag on the product page.

Products with "NO RETURNS ACCEPTED" tag won't be eligible for return or refund. See the image below.

The following products shall NOT be eligible for return within 7 days Guarantee:

  • Any product which is marked as "NO RETURNS ACCEPTED" in the product page.
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product.
  • Any product that has been washed.
  • Any product not in its original condition.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
  • Any product without a valid and readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial numbers.

How do I cancel an order on
Cancellation before product has shipped:

  • If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

Cancellation after product has shipped:

  • Please note that once your product has been shipped, you will not be allowed to cancel the order.

How will I be refunded for the return and the duration of refund policy?
Our QC team will inspect the return shipment upon receiving it at our Warehouse. Upon successful processing of return, you will be refunded the purchase amount of returned product(s). If you have paid online via credit card, debit card, or net banking, the refunded amount will be credited back to your bank account.
