  • Personal Assistance

A Personal assistant will be assigned to you to create an order for you.

This person will review your cart items to prepare the final shipment with a payment confirmation link. Post your payment to us, your items will be dispatched from our Bangalore warehouse via DHL Express.

Shipping charges are calculated separately.

FAQ and Terms:
  • 1. How long can Order fulfillment take?
  • It can take 3 - 15 days, based on many factors. We try our best to deliver as early as possible. Some of our customers have received in just 2 days via DHL express delivery.
  • 2. Which international shipping partner do we use?
  • Our International logistics partner is DHL, they ensure fast and timely delivery of the products to you within 3-5 working days. Some of our customers have received their items within 2 days.
  • 3. I can't bear shipment cost, is there any work around?
  • Yes, some of our customers shipped their order to a friend in India and later collected it on a visit. Shipping rates to Indian pin-codes are very reasonable.
  • 4. Do I have to pay the CUSTOMS?
  • Yes, every country has custom duties and its called import tax. Jumkey currently offers shipping on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. Customs value depends on your invoice declared value and custom rates are different in different countries. For artificial jewellery it is less than 10% of invoice declared value. As a recipient, you are liable to pay the country specific import duties at the time of receiving the items. Please ensure payment of import duties in order to release your order from your respective country's customs on arrival. We do not offer return shipping for international orders, so make sure you read the item specifics and clear all your doubts with your personal assistant.
  • 5. CANCELLATIONS
  • We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.
  • 6. RETURNS and REFUNDS
  • At the moment, we do not offer return shipping for international orders.
  • 7. Payment Methods
  • You can pay via all major international cards - VISA, AMEX or MASTERCARD credit/debit cards using our international payment gateway at the time of checkout. Payment is accepted in INR (Indian National Rupee) at the time of purchase. Duties and taxes are not included.
